Listings & Payments
- Sellers pay a flat fee to publish listings.
- Payment covers placement of an advertisement only and does not guarantee a sale.
- Fees are generally non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by law.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Accuracy of listing descriptions
- Pricing information
- Photos and content submitted
- Communication between buyers and sellers
Transactions
FretLocal is a classifieds platform only.
FretLocal is not involved in sales transactions, shipping, payment processing between users, inspections, warranties, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
Buyers and sellers assume all risk when completing transactions.
Prohibited Content
Users may not post:
- Fraudulent listings
- Illegal goods
- Misleading information
- Copyright-infringing material
- Offensive or abusive content
Listings may be removed without notice.
Safety
Users are encouraged to meet in public locations and inspect items before purchase.
Liability
FretLocal is not liable for losses, scams, damages, disputes, or transactions conducted through the platform.
